They’re bold. They’re brilliant. They’re redefining what it means to market fintech in 2025. The Fintech Marketing Hub is thrilled to unveil this year’s Top 30 Most Influential Fintech Marketers — a special 5th anniversary edition spotlighting the trailblazers shaping the future of financial technology marketing, one bold campaign at a time.

The Fintech Marketing Hub (FMH), a leading non-profit community of over 4,000 fintech marketers globally, proudly announces the release of the 5th anniversary edition of its Top 30 Most Influential Fintech Marketers of 2025.
Launched in 2021, the FMH Top 30 honour list has become the leading benchmark of excellence for marketing professionals driving impact, creativity, and strategic growth in one of the world’s most dynamic sectors. This milestone 5th edition shines a spotlight on the exceptional individuals shaping not only brand and growth agendas, but also ESG, DEI, AI innovation, and the cultural narrative of fintech.
“Five years ago, we set out to celebrate the marketers behind the scenes - those building trust, breaking barriers, and bringing fintech brands to life,” said Ani Petrova, Founder of The Fintech Marketing Hub. “Today, fintech marketing is no longer just a growth engine. It’s a strategic function, a leadership voice, and a driver of industry-wide change.”

Curated by a panel of industry experts, including Roberto Napolitano (Innovate Finance), Katie Hayes (Ozone API), Jeremiah Glodoveza (Nium), Kathy Kmiotek (Kmiotek Advisors), and Chantal Swainston (The Heard), this year’s honourees represent the boldest voices and brightest minds navigating an increasingly complex marketing landscape.
From C-suite leaders at global platforms like Adyen, Plaid, and Rocket Mortgage, to rising stars from scale-ups such as Volt, Mesh Payments, and VGS, the 2025 cohort stands out for their ability to blend creative storytelling with commercial rigour, lead with empathy, and embrace technologies like AI and hyper-personalisation with human-centred precision.
Key themes from the 2025 report include:
Marketing as a strategic force: Honourees are aligning closely with product, revenue, and customer success, playing a central role in business and investor strategy.
Bold creativity and trusted brands: From Super Bowl ads to grassroots community-building, marketers are redefining what it means to connect, educate, and inspire.
AI, authenticity, and adaptation: Rather than resisting change, this cohort is using AI as a co-pilot, scaling personalised content while reinforcing transparency and trust.
“Fintech marketers today are mentors, change-makers, and category shapers,” added Roberto Napolitano, CMO of Innovate Finance – an official partner of the FMH’s 2025 Top 30 Most Influential Fintech Marketers. “This list is more than recognition – it’s a reflection of where the industry is heading.”
